Judge: Some eateries can`t be called Perkins

Ten out of 27 Perkins restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania and western New York must stop calling themselves by that name under a court order approved Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Western Pennsylvania. The three in Mercer County are not affected. The stipulation and consent order between 5171 Campbells Land Co.
